In clause: – The in clause is used where membership of the element has to be tested again the set. It can be used only in where condition because it returns either true or false. The in clause is also used when a condition is given with reference to another table. An example of in clause is –

                Select ename,city from employee where ename in(select ename from company where cname=“ACC”);

In case of above example, ename and city column value are listed from table employee only when cname column of table company is “ACC” and ename column of both table are same.
